Is it just me, or is Sui token deployment a bit of a headache?

Hey guys, I’ve been looking into launching a small project on Sui lately. Honestly, the tech side of things feels a bit tricky when you’re just trying to get the "vibe" right for the community. I want something customizable but without the stress of burning through gas fees or messing up the code.

Has anyone here actually moved away from the standard templates and tried building something more tailored? I’m looking to just relax and enjoy the creative process instead of staring at smart contracts all day. Any thoughts?

I totally feel you. When I first started, I spent way too much time worrying about the technicalities, and it honestly killed the mood. Building a project should be about the community and the vision, not fighting with gas optimization.

My advice? Just relax and enjoy the ride. I found that using a solid setup for the backend makes everything smoother. For my last batch, I ended up using https://20lab.app/tools/sui/multisender/ sui airdrop to handle the distribution side of things, and it was a breeze. It’s one of those things where you set it up, and it just works, leaving you more time to actually engage with your holders. It definitely saved me a ton of stress (and gas), so I could focus on the "atmosphere" of the launch rather than the math.
