Is the Ryobi 40V Lithium Battery Worth Having Multiple Packs?
I’m debating whether to buy an extra Ryobi 40V Lithium Battery for my mower and blower. One pack usually gets me through a standard job, but when I tackle thicker grass or leaves, I find myself running out halfway through. Some people say it’s better to have two or three packs so you can swap quickly without waiting for charging. But at the price point, that’s a big investment. Are extra packs really worth it, or can smart charging habits make one battery enough? I know the 40V system is convenient since it works across multiple tools, but I don’t want to overspend if I don’t have to. For those who own multiple batteries, do you find it makes yard work smoother, or do they sit unused most of the time? Would love to hear real user takes before I make the purchase.
