Yogi Berra won 10 World Series Championships as a member of the NY Yankees, a feat likely never to be matched. But he was so much more than just a great ball player: He was one of the most decent and caring human beings the world has ever known, and has left a legacy that defies description. Universally adored, he was known for his famous “Yogisms”, phrases that seem to make no obvious sense, but are actually quite true and perceptive in their own unique way. You just can’t watch this film and not be charmed by this treasure of American culture.
