The Weekend Backpack Program which keeps children fed each throughout the year had its final summer delivery in late August.  Thanks to the generosity of our community, over 350 bags were handed out to children who would have otherwise gone hungry. 

 

Bethany Lutheran Church would like to continue supporting this essential program. 

We are asking that everyone who is able bring a jar of peanut butter or jelly (or both!)

with them to church when you come for worship and we’ll get them delivered.
