We celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion at most services. We believe that the Risen Jesus Christ is really present in Holy Communion. We also believe that through this sacrament, God gives us full and free forgiveness, the strengthening of our faith in Him, His presence in our lives, and the strengthening of our bond with one another as fellow believers. We invite all baptized Christians who so believe to receive Holy Communion at our altar from the Host, Jesus Christ. It is His table and meal.
We follow a Three-Year Lectionary and use a variety of liturgical settings from our worship resources: Lutheran Service Book (2006. St. Louis, MO: Concordia Publishing), and With One Voice (1995. Minneapolis, MN: Augsburg Fortress). Large Print Hymnals and Assisted Hearing Devices are available to use during worship.
