Children's Sunday School

We offer several age-appropriate activities for the children who join us on Sunday morning. From childcare for our littlest lambs, to Christian education instruction for the pre-kindergarten and elementary crowd – we have something fun and engaging for everyone!
Our fall and winter curriculum, Growing in Christ (CPH), introduce a variety of Biblical stories and life-lessons while our spring and summer curriculum keep the kids moving as they explore Christ’s message of love and salvation through faith.
Our Sunday School is in session from mid-September to early June, Sunday mornings from 8:45 to 9:45. If you have any questions about our program, please contact Andrea Vest.
Youth-Confirmation

Bethany offers a program of confirmation instruction that's designed to teach 7th and 8th grade students the chief teachings of the Christian faith from our Lutheran perspective. Students learn about the Ten Commandments, the Apostles' Creed, the Lord's Prayer, the Sacrament of Holy Baptism, the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Confession and Forgiveness, Christian Stewardship, Sanctification, Christian Worship, the Lutheran Reformation, and other topics. In addition, 8th graders join with 4th graders in the spring of the year to participate in a Passover Seder service configured to enhance the Christian understanding of the Jewish festival that Jesus commemorated with His disciples.
