Bethany Lutheran Church is a family of believers who love and serve each other and seek to build each other into stronger and more faithful followers of Jesus. St. Paul wrote to the Christians in Ephesus,
I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. (Ephesians 3:17-19).
One of the ways we build each other in Christ is by our Sunday worship. We also have educational opportunities to learn more about our Lord and find ways to live out His message of love in our daily lives.
We pray that your worship experience at Bethany is positive and memorable, and that you sense that you are in the presence of God and of His people.

Communion Policy
We believe that the Risen Jesus Christ is really present in Holy Communion. We also believe that God gives us full and free forgiveness, the strengthening of our bond with one another as felow-believers. We invite all who so believe to receive Holy Communion at our altar from the Host, Jesus Christ. It is His table and meal.
Handicap Access
People who are unable to climb steps up to the church, there is an elevator located behind the doors to the left of the main church doors on South Main Street entrance. Take the elevator up one level and head to the right towards the sanctuary.
We also have headphones for the hearing impaired that are connected to our sound system. Please ask an usher or greeter at the back of the church for assistance.
Worship Schedule:
Our normal worship schedule is Services will be offered on Saturdays at 5PM and Sundays at 10AM. Summer worship is at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and 9:30 a.m. on Sundays.

Sunday School Opening followed by Classes: 8:45am - 9:45am
Youth Group: 8:45am - 9:45am
Adult Bible Class: 9:00am - 9:45am
Order of Worship:
The Order of Worship is outlined in the bulletin with music selections and order of service from the Lutheran Service Book (maroon book) or the supplemental With One Voice (blue book).
Baptisms:
Infants, children, and adults are baptized.
Facilities:
Handicap-friendly with an elevator, designated parking, restroom facilities, and easy access.
Parking:
Parking is available in the church lot, on the surrounding side streets and in several private lots nearby.
